Poland is entering a state of emergency with a ban on all international arrivals starting at midnight on Sunday, March 15th.
To limit the spread of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID - 19), the Polish government has decided to enter a state of emergency. Starting at midnight on Sunday, March 15th, Poland will close its borders to all foreign arrivals for the next ten days. All international train travel is suspended.
All Polish citizens, spouses, and children of Polish citizens, holders of the “Polish Card,” who are currently abroad, will be able to return to Poland. All those returning and entering Poland will be subject to 14-day home quarantine.
Starting on Saturday, March 14th, all non-essential stores inside shopping malls will be closed. Stores located outside of shopping malls will remain open.
All public gatherings (outdoor and indoor) are limited to 50 persons, with no exceptions.
All restaurants, clubs, bars, cafes, and casinos are closed. Restaurants will be allowed to provide food deliveries.  Other public spaces such as gyms, swimming pools, museums, libraries, movie theaters are all closed.
Closings times are subject to a possible extension.

26-03-2020 Update:

- The closure of Polish borders will be extended until April 14

- All public gatherings (outdoor and indoor) are limited to 2 persons, with no exceptions. 

- All restaurants, clubs, bars, cafes, and casinos remain closed. Restaurants are allowed to provide food deliveries. Other public spaces such as gyms, swimming pools, museums, libraries, movie theaters are all closed.

24-04-2020 Update:

- The closure of Polish borders will close until further notice

10-05-2020 Update:

- The closure of Polish borders will be extended until June 15
