The stud farm in Janów Podlaski, established in 1817, is an oldest state stud farm in Poland (it is also the most beautiful). It is situated 2km from Janów Podlaski in a town called Wygoda, which is a real 'horse paradise'. It is famous for its Arab horses breedeing farm but it also breeds Anglo-Arab horses. Worth seeing are also historic stud buildings 'Zegarowa' 1848 and 'Czołowa' 1841 which were build according to Henryk Marconi design. In 2007 we celebrated 190 years of foundation of stud farm in Janów Podlaski.
