We ensure that the personal data provided when registering the application and organising the fam/press trip are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR).
INFORMATION CLAUSE
- The controller of the personal dataprocessed in connection with the organisation of the fam/press trip is the Polish Tourism Organisation with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Młynarska 42, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 525 21 50 196 (hereinafter: Controller or PTO).
- In all matters related to the processing of your personal data by the PTO,you can contact the designated Data Protection Officer:

- Your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) for the purpose of carrying out the fam/press trip.
- Your personal data in the form of image will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) for the purpose of sharing information concerning the organised fam/press trips on websites, in publications, and in the media operated by the PTO.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation, except for image, as image made public may be transferred to a third country or an international organisation.
- In connection with the carrying out of the fam/press trip, your personal data may be transferred and processed by parties providing services related to the organisation of trips, including transport and accommodation services.
- We share personal data in the form of image with everyone, as your image will be made public.
- Your personal data to the processing of which you have given your consent are stored as part of financial and accounting documentation, in accordance with the provisions governing the retention period of such documentation.
- Please be advised that the data we have obtained from you will not be the basis for automated decision-making, and will not be subject to profiling.
- As the Controller of your data, we guarantee you the right of access to the content of your data and the right to their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- Withdrawal of consent to the publication of image entails the Controller not being able to process this image from the date of withdrawal, and the removal of image from internal materials, websites, and media operated by the PTO, as well as from other PTO promotional and information materials. It will not be possible to retrieve materials made public before withdrawal of the consent.
- Please also be informed that you have the right to lodge a complaint with an authority supervising compliance with personal data protection regulations.
