Banialuka Puppet Theatre is one of the oldest puppet theaters in Poland and one of the most famous in the country and the world. Founded in 1947, graphic artists, and George Zitzman Zenobiusz Zwolski. Banialuka visited dozens of countries around the world, including Japan, Chile and the United States, participated in the most prestigious festivals, including in Edinburgh, Avignon, Cividale New York and Charleville-Mezieres. Since 1966 Banialuka is organizing the International Festival of Puppet Theatres, one of the most important surveys lalkarskich world.
