We invite you on nice weekend in green, beautifull forests and romantic villages of Podlasie province to have good fun. The Bialowieza primeval forest in the NE of Poland is one of the most famous National Parks in Europe. Despite appearing to a modern visitor as a huge wilderness, this is but a remnant of the vast and forbidden? forest that 3 000 years ago stretched across much of the continent.
You can visit with us strictly protected part/area? of the Park, reserve of bisons, 500 year-old royal oaks, Tsar's Palace Park, modern Nature Museum, the most beautiful orthodox church in Poland, and more.
From Bialowieza we’ll move to the Tartars Route and visit a wooden mosque, a cemetery, we'll also try excellent regional cuisine of the Tartars!
Next step will be pretty small city Suprasl in a boreal forest at the river, where you will visit the great interactive Museum of Icons – almost all of the icons were collected at the border during smuggling them from Belarus and Russia!!
At the end we propose visiting Bialystok, the capital of Podlasie Region, a city on it's way to modernity, but not forgetting it's unique history of coexistence of nations and cultures represented by many monuments and cultural events.
with baroque palast and many parks.
