Each year,on the last weekend of May there are Days of the Town - Chemists' Days Kędzierzyn-Koźle. It is the biggest outdoor event in a year, lasting a few days. The whole event starts with fetes organized in particular districts of the town, exhibitions connected with Kędzierzyn-Koźle, symposia about "great chemistry". There are tournaments of street basketball, bikes' cross, fishing competitions, family competitions and many other recreational and sports events. The biggest fete of Days of the Town - Chemists' Days take place on the last weekend of May or the first weekend of June each year. During that time, in Koźle and Kędzierzyn there are many concerts gathering thousands of people from the whole poviat of Kędzierzyn-Koźle and close areas.
